TODAY I LEARNED: Squirrels cause 10-20% of all power outages.
I’m done. DONE. I’m done with a lot of things. In fact, there are too many things I’m done with to list here. So, on that note, I want to try and sum everything up in to one wide topic.
People are this and people are that. People are your friends, family, the general public, everyone. What they don’t tell us growing up, is that people are going to let you down left and right. You will also have those who lift you up and go along with your ride of life. So, people will be good and people will be bad.
But…the best thing to remember through all of it? You can’t have the good without the bad. That’s just how our world works. And that can be hard for us to understand or come to terms with.
It’s been hard for me to let a LOT of people go in my life the past few months, but I’ve done it and with time, I’ve come to find it was all for the better. My life hasn’t been perfect, but damn it’s been much better since I let the negative ones go.
You know what else? It is entirely impossible to find a person in this world without faults. We all have them. ALL OF US. To falter something on the basis of only negativity isn’t ideal. It has to be undeniably horrible for me to shun you.
I’m not perfect, no one is, but there’s no reason to treat someone like absolute garbage.
My advice? Go ahead and dump that where it belongs. Because the only way you’re going to grow and improve in life is if you let go of those who no longer serve your greater good. Sound selfish? It’s not at all because you’re doing what is best for you.
So, to all those in the past that I’ve let go, thank you for teaching me that I am WAY better off without you. Feels good to be away from the negativity. It feels good to grow and let it go.
