TODAY I LEARNED: Some asteroids have moons of their own.

You can’t let failure stop you from doing what you want to do. If anything, failure isn’t a means to make you quit, but simply something to help you learn. Learning from mistakes is what makes you better. Plenty of people have failed before they realized it takes patience and persistence to get the dreams that are worth fighting for.

No one is going to get you there either. As they say, it has to be you. You’re the one who will make the changes and become who you want to be. I think it’s easy to get lost in the crazy storm that is doubt and fear. Both of those really kill off any good vibes you get going, and it’s honestly heartbreaking to experience or watch. But fear and doubt can be overcome. They’re simply part of the challenge.  Is it going to be easy? Not always, but that doesn’t mean you won’t be able to do it. I didn’t think it was possible to go back to school and work full time, but I made it work. I got passed one of the hardest trials in my life so far. That may not sound like much to someone else, but for me, it was a big deal for quite awhile. I reminded myself everyday why I was doing it.

Honestly, just take that leap of faith. Push yourself off the edge of possibility and see where it takes you. Taking a chance is sometimes what you need. I did it. It was worth it and I don’t regret it for a second. You won’t crash and burn. You will thrive. Sure you will fall here and there, and sometimes it may feel like the world is literally ending for you, but you will always get back up. We fight for the things that matter in our lives. Don’t be afraid to become better. Because, if fear is the only thing holding you back, you’re right on the edge of the cliff, just waiting to burst free.
