So, what next? After things finally get better, what’s left to do? The answer is very simple…
You just keep trying.
I know…I’ve said it before, but it’s so so SO true. You just keep moving forward. Sometimes I forget that. I let the negative energies and thoughts take over and do their bidding. I completely forget the point of it all. Then, friends or family will remind me that you have to keep going. It’s a simple thing…and yet it’s so easy to forget. Especially when you’re going through some shit.
And we all go through shit. Mine, here lately, has really been a tough one. People don’t ever truly see or feel the entirety of what you’re going through. It’s impossible. Sure, if you’re an empath, you are going to pick up on it, but a person’s feelings are their own and that’s just that.
But just because someone doesn’t fully understand or know what you’re going through doesn’t make it any less important. It’s up to you to make things better. Whether that means getting your physical needs in line like sleeping, eating, drinking, or taking breaks to make sure your mental stability is in check. Just give your mind a break. Meditation certainly wouldn’t hurt. 🙂
So, what’s the point of it all? To live. Live each day the way you want to. If you can’t, strive towards the steps that will get you to where you want to be. MUCH easier said than done…but not at all impossible. I love the quote by Maya Angelou that says: “If you don’t like something, change it. If you can’t change it, change your attitude.”
