Honestly, I envy the people in life who can really hold their head up no matter what. I constantly ask the question: where do you get your strength from? They always make it look so easy. We all have something that helps us along. Whether it’s a daily mantra, meditation or some strange habit we’ve developed that truly benefits us. Whatever it is, I think it’s important to find your own. Remembering that it’s possible will help a ton.

Obviously one set way isn’t going to work for everyone. We must all figure out what helps us get on with our day, even if it’s been a bad one. I’ll be honest. Today hasn’t been the best. I debated countless times whether I should even make a post, but I did. That’s what helps me. Writing. Of course, that’s not the only thing. We all need a nice outlet, but you can’t just rely on one method. Sometimes it takes more than that. It can be whatever you want it to be if it helps you and doesn’t hurt you in the process. Personally, I consider daily mantras are the way to go. It helps to rewire your thinking.

We live in a world where it’s hard to talk to yourself in a loving way. All these perspectives and opinions full of doubts and insecurities can really muck it all up. You need a happy place. The time out of your day that you can call your own. It’s possible, but we all need it. If you get a chance, it’s worth taking at least ten minutes of your day to meditate or just do something for yourself. Like I always say, you’re worth it. We are all worth it.
